Mag Force Generator Technology
This patented process uses a unique configuration to produce electricity.
The unique characteristic of the US Patent #7,327,061 AC Generator and Method is that it exhibits the absence of slowing down under load that is seen in all conventional Electric Generators. This has been confirmed by the independent test conducted by Lake Superior State University Prototype Development Center. By configuring both the magnets and output coils in a fixed (non spinning) orientation and instead spinning magnetically conductive Commutators which convey the magnetism to the coils there is no way for the Back Electromagnetic Force (Back EMF) from the coils under load to cause resistance to rotation. In fact this new generator method reveals it is easier to spin under load, actually speeding up under load. This is the complete opposite to the condition seen in all conventional electric generators today. The basis for our estimates of potential increased efficiency over conventional generators that slow down under load is centered on this proven new characteristic.
Currently development of this new generator is underway. The
first prototype (referred to as Prototype 1) was used to conduct the
aforementioned independent test at LSSU. The latest prototype (Prototype 2) has
recently been built and has started the refinement process necessary to
optimize the many variables in the design. Recent refinements have shown the
four circuits produce 120 Volt (60 Hz) AC. Output has also been increased with
the use of the much stronger Neodymium Iron magnets.
